Two spherical forms, one resting above the other. On top, the fragility of white porcelain, layered with delicate swirls. Below, the heaviness of dark stoneware, densely carved with a complex and intricate texture. Built separately, then brought together — a way of holding the things that live within the same body, side by side, without one ever resolving or cancelling out the other.
